Helun Jones - Practice Manager

Last month we welcomed Helun Jones as our new Practice Manager. Quantock Veterinary Hospital is a Tier 3 RCVS Accredited Small Animal Hospital – the highest accreditation available from the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Dominic Phillips, Director and Principal vet at the hospital is delighted she is joining them “A fully accredited RCVS Small Animal Hospital and Veterinary Practice is a complex organisation to manage and all that complexity at Quantock Veterinary Hospital is about delivering the best possible care to our patients and the best possible service to our clients. Helun brings 25 years of excellent business and management experience to this full time position of Practice Manager and will have a critical role in the Practice continuing to deliver those high standards to our patients and clients in the future”.

Helun’s background includes working as a Contracts Manager, Company Secretary of SME’s, Manager of the first town-wide education charitable trust, and as a Quality and Training Manager. She has a degree in Economic History, a Post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management and is a Prince 2 Project Manager and Trainer. Helun added “I am really looking forward to working as part of a team that works to extremely high standards and can really make a difference. Being part of a business in its next stage of development is a really exciting challenge.”
