Corona Virus Notice – LATEST UPDATE

25 Mar 2020 | Practice news

To all our wonderful Clients,

It is with great regret that, in response to the new government measures and guidance from The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, we have no choice but to move to an emergency service only with immediate effect. This is in order to reduce risk and keep our staff and patients as safe as possible during this unprecedented pandemic.

This means that all routine appointments are cancelled. However, if you are worried about your pet and would like to speak to a veterinary nurse or vet, we are still here so please call us on 01278 450080 and we can give you advice or, in an emergency, will ask you to bring your pet to the hospital practice in Bridgwater following some very strict safety procedures.

Our thoughts are with you, your families and loved ones as we all try to navigate these difficult times. We have so appreciated your support and co-operation as we have introduced these emergency measures at the Practice to protect our team and you, our clients.

Once again I ask for your patience, your co-operation and help as we try to make these measures work. With your help we can be here for you and your pets through this pandemic and afterwards as soon as we possibly can.  Keep safe.

Dominic Phillips, Clinical Director
